For your information

This blog is not about me but about my “cause.”  However, I feel that it is important for my readers who come across this blog to know more about me in order to understand why I am doing this and how I am planning on achieving my goals.  For information such as this I ask that you visit my other blog site at http://authorkevincdavison.blogspot.com/, and then join me on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=299728944900.  This blog site is devoted strictly to blogs about my cause as well as any information I am made aware of that discusses the charities I am devoted to supporting.  I may also blog about therapies, breakthroughs and related material on this blog.  As I said before if you want to know more about me you will have to visit the other sites.  I keep non-related material off of this blog as much as possible.  Thank you for supporting my cause.  Keep reading and keep the hope.  This blog will also report earnings dispersed to “Write for a cause.”  Currently, there have been no book sales due to the fact that I am a “no-name” author.  Please tell your friends and family about me and my work.  People like me survived because of people like yourselves who are willing to do whatever it takes to support great charities that make a difference.  My books are written for young adults and anyone else who loves fantasy and science fiction.

Goals of Write for a Cause

The goals of Write for a cause are pretty obvious.  As an author that was afflicted with cancer as well as epilepsy and conquered them both, I want to give back to the agencies that were there for me.  In order to do so I have to sell my books.  I currently have three books for sale with a fourth in the works.  I write a series called Athyxian Chronicles and have two titles int hat series available now, Reign of Viscus, and Minions of the Servant.  The third installment in the series is due out in late January of 2011.  I also have a stand alone novel titled "Wrath."  It is a psycological thriller that keeps you guessing what will happen next.  All three of these books are available in paperback and kindle on amazon.com.  They are also available in hardback format on Lulu.com.

Currently sales are low and that means no money to donate or too little to donate yet.  My goal is to somehow reach at least 1,000 units of each title sold.  This alone would bring in an estimated $300 per title for charity.  If I sell the 10,000 units of each as I would like to I could aford after taxes to donate 25% as I already explained on other sites.  This would bring in an estimated $3,000 per title for charity.  Do the world a favor and purchase your copies today from amazon.com or direct from the publisher through the links on my website http://kevin-davison.webnode.com/ and know that you are not just buying a good book, but you are making a difference for several charities regarding children's health research on cancer and autism.

Thank you for your support,
Kevin C. Davison

About Write for a cause

Write for a cause is a campaign started by me, Author Kevin C. Davison to give back to charities that were there for me during my childhood cancer affliction.  You can find and read more about Write for a cause on FaceBook as well.  It is my campaign to donate a portion of my royalties from my book sales to the listed charities such as Make A Wish Foundation, Doernbecker Children's Hospital, American Cancer Society, and Generation Rescue.  The last listed charity is due to my son's affliction of autism.  For those parties interested, you can find my books on amazon.com or go to my official website to get publisher discounts through the direct links listed on the products page.  http://kevin-davison.webnode.com/
